Хельсинки входит в 10 лучших городов мира

В рейтинге наиболее благоприятных для жизни городов, составленном британской аналитической компанией Economist Intelligence Unit, Хельсинки занимает шестое место.

Хельсинки — единственный представитель северных стран, попавший в верхние строчки рейтинга. Столица Финляндии опередила Париж (16 место), Лондон (53 место), Нью-Йорк (56 место).

Список самых благополучных городов мира, по версии Economist Intelligence Unit, уже пятый год подряд возглавляет канадский Ванкувер. На последнем, 140 месте, — столица Зимбабве Хараре.

Качество жизни в городах оценивалось по тридцати факторам, в числе которых безопасность, развитость инфраструктуры, состояние систем здравоохранения и образования, окружающая среда, разносторонность культурной жизни.

Параметры измеряемой среды: содержание сернистых соединений, мас. доля, %, не более 5 содержание мехпримесей, мас. доля, % ,не более 0,1 содержание парафина, мас. доля, %, не более 26 содержание асфальтенов, об. доля, % , не более 10 содержание свободного газа, об. доля, % , не более 3 Вид климатического исполнения влагомера соответствует исполнению УХЛ4 ГОСТ 15150. Влагомер состоит из первичного измерительного СВЧ преобразователя (в дальнейшем - первичный преобразователь) и блока электронного.
